Dr. Gabriela Salvador is Senior Director of Microfinance and Health, at Freedom from Hunger, with more than 20 years of experience working in the public and private health sector as a medical doctor, and designing and implementing high impact health programs using microfinance platforms targeting very low income women and their families around the World. Originally from Argentina, she studied Medicine at the University of Córdoba. Later she completed a Surgical Fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the University of California. She also earned a Masters degree in Public Health from Harvard University.
