Hugues Sibille, President of Crédit Coopératif Foundation, chairman of the think tank Labo de l'ESS. Being closely involved in social entrepreneurship, Hugues Sibille set up Avise (Agency for leveraging socio-economic initiatives) . He was previously an inter-ministerial delegate for social innovation and now advises the public authorities through his role as Vice-Chairman of the Governing Council for the Social and Solidarity-based Economy and is member of the GECES European Expert Group. He also headed the French Working Group of the G8 Task Force on Social Impact Investing and is chairman of the Impact Invest Lab.
