My name is Kevin Berkane and I'm the cofounder of Kialatok. I am 26 and an entrepreneur since student.

Kialatok is a social entreprise developping innovative diversity training programmes for companies using international cuisine cooking workshops as a pedagogical tool.

Our training programmes target managers, recruiters and executives and our pedagogy mixes cooking parts animated by migrants and/or unemployed people with outstanding cooking skills and participative debriefing sessions animated by diversity specialists.

Kialatok is an expert on topics such as diversity management , disability, religious diversity in the workplace etc and has trained more than 3 000 company employees so far.

I have studied management and public policies at HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris, in France. Passionate about social entrepreneurship and meeting new people, we are using cuisine as a utensil to promote open-minded values and diversity.

During my studies I had the opportunity to study in Brazil and to work in the field of development and social entrepreneurship in Bangladesh, Haiti, Argentina, Perou, Kenya and Uganda. In my school I was involved in student clubs related to fair trade, photography and student mentorship.

I took advantage of my work experience and my passion for people and culture to start working on Kialatok with Florence Pellegrini since February 2013.
