Laure Criqui joins the IDDRI’s programmes Urban Fabric and Governance in 2016 to work on issues of international urban development (financing for cities, basic services, informality, Habitat III and SDGs in developing cities…).
Following a MSc at the London School of Economics, Laure has worked for 4 years at the French embassy in Morocco and for cooperation projects of the French Ministry for sustainable development. She then conducted a PhD in urban and spatial planning at LATTS / University Paris-Est on the extension of electricity, water and sanitation networks in informal settlements of Delhi and Lima.
Laure Criqui is a member of the professional association AdP-Developing cities and she is also president of Projection, a NGO/network on access to essential services in developing countries.
