After graduating from business school in Strasbourg, Antoinette Guhl started working in the banking sector. As the manager of Equinoxe Conseil she elaborated green and social business both for public and private partners and clients. She then worked for a French NGO where she ran fair-trade and rural microfinance initiatives in Africa. After this, she decided to involve herself in circular economy. She created a non-profit organization specialized in toy recycling and restoration. She has recently been elected with the new Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, who chose her to be her deputy for social business, circular economy and social innovation.
