Odile Conchou is the head of the Environmental, Social, Governance and Impact (ESI) Department of PROPARCO.
Following a PhD in Ecology, Odile Conchou has gathered 30 years of experience in the field of Sustainable Development. She started her career in research institutes on Ecology and Agronomy in France and Germany and in an agro-industrial union as an environmental engineer. Then she went on to become head of an organization of environmental professionals and a consultant in environment and sustainable development. She joined AFD in 2006 in the Environmental and Social Department and PROPARCO in 2010 to develop the ESI department.
