An Architect and Local Authority Engineer, Florence Rosa has been working since 2006 for a local authority, promoting high environmental performance buildings.
In 2008, with a group of professionnals, she initiates the ‘‘BDM’‘ (Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings) label, and realizes the impressive results of collective intelligence.
To date, 1 million sq.m. have benefited from the ‘‘BDM’‘ label.
The ‘‘QDM’‘ (Mediterraneen Eco-Districts) label is the natural evolution of ‘‘BDM’‘; it begins in 2016 and will be fully operational by 2017.
