Mark Speich is Managing Director of the Vodafone Foundation Germany as well as the Managing Director of the Vodafone Institute for Society and Communications. Prior to his engagement at Vodafone Dr. Speich was Director of Policy Planning of CDU/CSU-Parliamentary Party at the German Bundestag and Director of Programs at the Herbert Quandt Foundation. He holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D. from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
