After eight years of international project management, Virginie began working in the humanitarian field in order to launch the corporate partnership program for the Handicap International network in 2004. In 2007, she joined MSF’s regional platform, first in Dubai then in Abu Dhabi, as director of partnerships and fundraising. In 2011, she entered a political science master program, which eventually led her to a mission for the French Aid Agency (AFD). In 2013, she helped establish the French Red Cross Fund (FCRF), a research initiative under the presidency of J. F. Mattei. She became the fund’s General Delegate in 2014. Virginie holds a Master of Management (ESC), a Master of Political Science (Panthéon-Sorbonne), and a Diploma of Ethics (Faculté de Médecine d’Aix-Marseille). She is a board member of HI France and a committee member of the journal Alternative Humanitaire.
